question about decoupling an L293D


hello guys,
i using l293d h-bridge drive 2 motors on robot, decouple chip on pin 8 voltage supply of motor or pin 16 voltage supply of logic ?
the pin 16 should best given 5v or same voltage motor ?
 this schematic decoupling setup should keep ?

decouple both supplies - decouple supplies every chip, not optional.

inductors overkill here, isn't sensitive analog circuit.

the logic supply should same supply device driving the
inputs l293, , don't share motor supply if @ possible.
