3D Toolkit missing components when opening Solid Works assemblies

i trying open solid works sub assemblies (.sldasm) within 3d toolkit, finding component parts (.sldprt) , subassemblies (.sldasm) missing part of original sub assembly. now, can open same sub assembly within acrobat 3d , loads correctly. problem seems 3d toolkit, , need use export illustrator our service manuals. don't know if 3d toolkit software misconfigured or there issue program? installed application 3 weeks ago.

try converting model straight pdf, use "edit in 3d toolkit..." feature found in right-click context menu. let know if result different when sassembly imported straight toolkit.

also =, version of solidworks using?
