fxapplication related api changes.

1. rename applicationglobals.application -> flexglobals.toplevelapplication
2. application.application deprecated. flexglobals.toplevelapplication recommend alternative.
3. application.application return null if top-level application not of type application or subclass of application.
4. change fxapplication.backgroundcolor property type object uint.
