Pi 3 peripherals - Raspberry Pi Forums

the b+ , pi 2 have different base peripheral memory addresses:
(0x20200000 , 0x3f200000)
relative start address each peripherals remaining same.

know whether pi 3 follows this? there different base address pi 3?

also, how can programmatically identify cpu being used?

using fopen() return "/proc/info" gives text "bcm2709" if cpu pi2.
return pi3 ?
