What download am I looking for?

i new flex 3 , blazeds. have been trying follow instructions here: http://opensource.adobe.com/wiki/display/blazeds/installation+guide
for integration within compressed war, deployed via jboss. unfortunately cannot seem find flex.war or full download of blazeds. can point me either updated instructions (if these wrong) or right downloads complete integration?
