Tracking the internet usage in a household

hello!
i design student, better visual stuff, project started requires technical input too.
right not sure start from, hope give me advices , direction.
i need track internet usage in particular household + tracking social network accounts of family members (not doing, online , active in facebook example) in predefined part of day (for example between 5 pm , 11 pm). best scenario if see this, no matter if used laptop, pc, tablet or phone. guess need 2 different methods - 1 tracking data if use wifi in home , track mobile devices if not connected wifi.

any ideas?

very hard make,

i assume can work every pc. means need have login records pc (assuming not surf on each others account)

tracking pc visits url simpler still beyond arduino.

only router in house sees traffic writing filter router software might obvious  solution. solution comes in mind writing keyboard caption program , install on every pc, not trivial many virus makers @ least possible.
