i dont understand why isnt working.

running raspberry pi- 2016-02-09-raspbian-jessie

commands list: sudo raspi-config
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install perl libnet-ssleay-perl openssl libauthen-pam-perl libpam-runtime libio-pty-perl apt-show-versions python
wget -o webmin.deb http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/weba ... 60_all.deb
sudo dpkg --install webmin_1.780_all.deb

after last command, freezes
