ATSAM3X8E (Arduino DUE like board) high current consumption

dear friends

i´m using atsam3x8e consuming 170ma ! , think high current consumption device, i´m using adc , dac , chip running 12mhz xtal .

the connections of circuit arduino due .

with usb disabled , current drop down 40ma , access flash in 64 bits page more efficient power consumption datasheet recommends, chip still hot , consuming 110 ma

 suggestions wrong / how solve ????

and there thing i´m very curious on this: same chip on arduino due don't stay hot , power consumption below values

looks shortcircuit somewhere, or enabled fuse something.
set same fuses arduino due , see happens.
