Attaching gears to motors and mounting motors

ive bought this stepper adafruit , want mount normal gear this one on it. how do best way? glue?

also know best way mount stepper motor one. im trying build this. person made had screw holes on motor, adafruit stepper doesn't. me coming way mount it?
