Sharing power supply

hello everyone

im building system want use 1 12 volt power supply. setup:

1x atmega328p
1-8x attinys , 6 volt motors (only 1 motor on @ time)

i have read, ripples in voltage because of motor can cause malfunction of mcs. found schematic parts should used idea cant find anymore. possible use regular 5v regulator circuit of mc , have connected in parallel or have add additional circutry?
