uploading sketch from Mega2560 to another Mega2560

hi,

does have sketch can used upload codes mega2560 through serial port?
what want have sketch on 1 of mega2560 board upload test code board , perform tests single press of button without use of computer.
the basic idea have compiled intel hex file embedded in sketch data , sketch have emulate stk500v2 protocol able upload code target mega2560.
any info or link appreciated.
