Display with A+ - Raspberry Pi Forums

hi,
bought new official touch screen , went through recommended installation procedures. i'm using pi a+ , latest jessie raspian ( updated ). despite trying recommendations find on forum , web in general screen remained blank.
last resort tried replacing a+ pi 2 had project, , screen worked strait off. had moved 2 power jumpers , dsi interface cable. returned a+ , screen still remained blank ! ( using same sd card both pi's )
display not work a+ or there should doing ( other buying pi 2 ! ), ideas appreciated.

ok, took 1 of other projects apart , tried a+ , display worked !
original - no go, i'm using working 1 display , non working 1 works in project ( doesn't use dsi connector) , there must fault on a+ ?. oh that's life suppose, , no loss in end.
