Control direction of DC motor

hi there,

i'm new arduino.

could advise how change direction of small dc motor every 10 seconds? need except board , motor? 

i think arduino uno may big application? there smaller board?

thanks

to change direction of dc motor, need h-bridge of description, such not limited arduino motor shield.
