Is it possible (with JACL Plus) to allow Block Users w/out Editing? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hey all,

just wondering if jacl plus or other method, grand access managers block / disable profile, without granting them ability enter account info , change user password?

thanks!

i tried settings:

administration edit users manager user properties block_user yes


but user still doesnt seem have ability view user lists until add ability manage com_users. i'd rather allowed block users without ability change pw.
