so looking connect usb camera pi 0 otg port , stream live video on wi-fi, via ffmeg, when try install ffmpeg says permission denied, need in that, not sure if ffmpeg , usb camera supported on pi 0 or not?

@ least, you're going need hub in order connect both usb camera , wifi dongle pi zero. installing software...you have root, speaking. (that is, presuming doing install using apt-get.)
