Poor Illustration View

hello,
responsible images in technical manuals our products. in past have traced photographs using adobe illustrator. ideal able create illustrations directly solidwork files. decrease turn around time , improve accuracy of illustrations.

i not have or use solidworks. engineering supplied me solidworks files.

after opening solidworks model in adobe 3d, change view illustration. screen quality not best, when save other image format quality gets worse (jagged/blurred lines). has else experienced in this? know how improve line quality?

i have been using engineering-supplied solidworks (2007) models create technical documentation. in fact, primary reason in obtaining acrobat 3d. don't have solidworks myself, have autocad lt (2006) , illustrator cs2.

what i've been doing create line illustrations first view want in a3d toolkit in 'line illustration' view do, export illustrator file using 'vector illustration' tool. in illustrator, save file autocad file can go in , add details may not have been in original solidworks file. finally, export wmf file use in word documents.

dont' know if of helps you. has few steps , i'm sure there more elegant ways it, works me @ moment. hopefully, discover better ways use a3d more.
