Thread: nm-applet control doesn't transition upon switch user

just discovered in jaunty on laptop first user bring machine retains nm-applet gui icon , control of settings.

after switch user following:
502 > nm-applet --help

** (nm-applet:4779): warning **: <warn> applet_dbus_manager_start_service(): not acquire networkmanagerusersettings service taken. return: 3

surmise networkmanagerusersettings service should amenable being disconnected first user , reconnected current gnome desktop user.

if possible i'd love hear how set policy or configuration allow this.
else, i'd see new feature.
