Thread: Virtualbox resizing?

so here's question: have windows xp virtualmachine stupidly set 8 gigs when made it. needless say, it's running out of space. there way can resize "harddrive" of vm without having make new vm? (running virtualbox 3.0)

i'm not linux genius yet, think following work, unless theres easier way:

1. make new hd image of size want.
2. mount new hd image machine secondary hd.
3. boot hirens or similar boot cd norton ghost.(on vm)
4. clone small hd bigger one.
5. remove old hd, set boot new big hd.

should work, please correct me if i'm wrong.
