Using a RN-XV to control an Arduino Uno over Wifi

i'm working on project attempt control clock via android device or laptop on wifi. have arduino uno arduino wireless shield (no sd) mounted on top of it. shield hooked breadboard have clock (io 2,3,4) , rn-xv mounted in slot on shield. have configured module having trouble using it. can't find documentation or tutorials on explain how functions , if here has got 1 working , can explain me how amazing!

clarification of i'm trying do:
connect module's wifi device , send data can control arduino's output.
