Removing fields?

we have invoice on paper converted pdf invoice form. needed quotation form, instead of making 1 scratch copied invoice , changed few things around. part of form don't need quotation form signature field. tried remove we've had no luck. tried paste white stamp on top of hide it, didn't work either.

what best way remove signature field?

for scanned part of signature field want redact it.
setting color of redaction white (or color of
paper). if have signature field should able select ,
delete.
