Serial number issue for Acrobat in CS3 Web premium education edition.

hi everybody. if can me on issue, appreciate it. far, customer support hasn't been useful. here issue.

i bought cs3 web premium 2.16ghz macbook , purchased through apple. anyway, came main disc install applications of cs3 , disc install acrobat 9. way education edition works don't receive actual serial number. receive product number have enter, along info , proof of eligibility on website called myidentit-e.com when said , done, received email contained serial number. serial number worked on of regular cs3 applications not on acrobat 9. there no other product code included , directions inside case said should able use same serial number both regular cs3 , acrobat 9. customer service's suggestion call apple since bought them know that? adobe seals products , i'm assuming apple reseller.

anyways, appreciated. thanks!
