continuing on introduction post...


working on little project ,,,, setting jellyfish aquarium.. ( pi come ??? ) read further..



, wandering if @ possible control pi2. "" control "" dont intend on using control everything.
use control led lighting , temp control .
yes can buy aquarium computer controllers , these tend £400+ not including price of probes etc etc.


know , know can buy led strips pre made cheap enough etc etc , hey love our geeky projects ;) ;)
dont know if possible ( simplest ) control pre made set of led strips pi , or better set custom breadboard of led's... not sure how bright led's on breadboard ? .
have watched videos on youtube of breadboard led's , not come across show them being used illuminate object such.

know way around pc , built few , , built current gaming rig, when comes world of raspberry pi's complete noob , feel pretty stupid on again :lol: :lol: .

ok either post has been lost on deepest depths , missed , or no 1 has done project similar ?


having looked around on old tube , google again ,, came across led matrix panels , fell in love :lol: :lol: :lol: ..

these exact kind of thing after , 100% custom lighting styles / effects..

question how easy project setting small touch screen along led matrix panel complete novice ? ..


water contact / condensation wont issue , making lid out of acrylic sheet , making water tight light enclosure..
main board self along touch screen set other sheet of acrylic outside of tank side of .. when looking @ tank see touch screen.
looking tips / advice on cables , ease of job , etc.
