Sample code to add menu item in VB or C#

i'm developing plug-in reader , want add menu item execute it. have sample code add new menu item using vb or c#? think can figure out how add menu item itself, lost creating callback it.

plug-ins can written in c/c++, not vb or c#. mean you're writing application automates reader? critical distinction in able accomplish, necessary clear on point.

if indeed plan on creating plug-in, have applied ikla yet? if not, should before starting development adobe may require modifications plan on doing before grating license.

you need worry ikla if creating plug-in reader. if indeed using vb or c#, means creating separate application automates reader, don't need license - again why need clear on point.
