Acrobat 3D and Spaceball 5000

i have a3d running spaceball 5000, however, when spin , rotate model using spaceball seems want spin around model's 0,0,0 location. in models, far out in space. if use 3d control buttons in a3d looks wants spin screen center.

is there anyway set spin center, when using spaceball?

unfortunately behavior part of 3dconnexion's plug-in acrobat 3d , dependent on them changing it.
