Delay with stop

hi,

im beginner arduino

i make script can't find how make it.
-when input 1 go high> output 2 has go high 1 second en go low en stop.
-when input 1 go low nothing.
-when input 1 goes high again> output 2 go high 1 second en go low end stop.

i hope did explain clearly.

(it will, example, not correct outputs en inputs).

i hope can me.

what have done until now? main problem?
