3D format upported by a more recent release

our company has been reviewing features in acrobat 3d , have been extremely impressed have seen. have downloaded 3d pdfs on adobe site , work in acrobat , more importantly in reader. however, have not been able produce files internally function 3d options in reader. have tried jt files , prt files produced ug nx3 , have tried prt , asm files produced proe. of these files function in trial version of acrobat 3d produce 3d format supported more recent release of adobe acrobat or reader, please update. when clicked on after opening in reader 8.0.0 or in reader 7.0.9.

we have been granted permission upgrade of our acrobat professional licenses acrobat 3d once have functional workflow have been unable overcome obstacle. welcome insight or suggestion of may have help.

i having same problem. have 3d animation control pdf trying read , 3d objects in pdf file crash reader. tried opening in 8 professional , crashed also.
