Arduino IDE error

i hope right section.. missing 2 libraries in ide ran debug on 1.5.8 , got these 4 messages

invalid library found in c:\program files (x86)\arduino158\libraries\sd: library
 can't use both 'src' , 'utility' folders.

does else have these problems?

are using arduino due or yun?  if not should using arduino 1.0.6, not beta-test 1.5.8.
