PI 2 Static green and red light - Help - Raspberry Pi Forums

hi there,

first post here, sorry if im wrong :-)

anyways, i´ve bought pi 2 guy, installed centos , installed new kernel , rebooted. after that, pi wont boot up... green , red light lights op , stays way.
i´ve been searching hours solutions, no luck...

much... if green light led static, it´s because cannot read micro sd card.
got several pi 2´s working fine, took card running unit , placed borken one, no change.
tried different psu´s, no change.
reformatted micro sd card , installed pi 1 , pi 2 images, raspbian, retropi , centos, no change.
cards work fine in other pi 2 power , card.
if take card , same power cable borken one, no change.

so... board borken? thought lights appear differently... or card reader somehow destroyed?
tried comparing card reader, , pins , whatnot looks good, plus card clicks place, nothing seems work.

know guy bought from? why selling it? had done it?
can money back?

1 thing connections on sd card socket - whether they're bent, or oxidised
