use img install raspBerry pi 2 - Raspberry Pi Forums

i download img file https://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads/raspbian/ website. use dd write img sd(16gb) in linux , use "image writer" write img sd(16gb) in windows.they both not work in raspberry pi. not boot ? steps have problem? thank much!
