Arduino pro mini - Using RAW or VCC

hi working on small project 3v , 5v arduino pro mini. power source 2x3v coin cell battery. since using trans receiver , sensor, both vcc pins pre-occupied. wanted use raw & gnd pin power on. wanted make sure ok , should not cause performance issue.

so 6v, high apply directly processor. new coin cells higher 3 volts makes worst.
