Thread: Upgrade 9.10 and crashed after reboot.

finally got ubuntu upgrade 9.10 9.04 @ afternoon. no good.

during installation process, python-launchpad-integration_0.1.26_i386.deb not able install. wizard has generated report in order me send ubuntu team fix defect. when send out report, prompts me error message saying “cannot connect crash database, please check internet connection”. sure network cable still stick laptop, proxy server have blocking way. after this, warning message prompts me saying recovering settings going run now. after clicking on ok button installation wizard disappear.

means installation process failed? because base on previous experience of upgrading ubuntu, wizard run cleaning process right after installation process, doesn’t.

after reboot, saw white ubuntu logo on screen, few second later logo disappears , heard ubuntu logon sound. screen goes blank. nothing!!

know how going resolve?
