Where to get Triangle Head Tool

got @ goodwill $2 - crayola digital light designer.  doesn't spin right , no stylus, begs hacked or parted out, worth $2 - has 64 rgb leds attached 2 strips on plus motor far parts go.  but thing has unusual triangle head security screws.  why use these?
