Power 3v laser from Arduino Mega 3.3v output?

this laser,
i want know can ui power 3.3v output on mega?

it says on specs:
3v3. 3.3 volt supply generated on-board ftdi chip.
maximum current draw 50 ma.

while on laser spec says:
 electric current: 250ma

so ma draw much?

i powering mega 12v 1amp power cable.

there lot more supplying correct voltage.
