Problems with Adobe Acrobat Form
hi there.
i have created form using acrobat 9. added media folder of website i'm building , added link page adobe acrobat form questionnaire. trouble when test on firefox , safari on mac form loads, fill out , press submit , opens mail , gets ready send attached form... working perfect... go test in windows xp using explorer , firefox , opens acrobat document... allows me fill out form, asks me email method use... says "the operation not permitted".
this sooo frustrating.... can tell me i'm doing wrong here. website go @ stage... issue preventing me going live website. can help..??

i tried adding "extend features in adobe reader" existing acrobat form document, hoping rectify issue... instead when press submit button different alert dialog box appears saying... "the document enabled extended features in adobe reader. document has been changed since created , use of extended features no longer available. please contact author original version of document". i'm totally bewildered.
any comments, or assistance welcome.
