Custom template instalation problem. Please Help - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello,
i had create template me , uploaded onto server. new template folder (kcafc) placed in templates folder other working templates.
however, when logged in superadmin , go tino site > template manager following error

i not sure permissions (if thats is) should changed etc. checked permission setting of new template foder , of ones works , both same.

this error occurs when logged in using either of 2 super admin accounts.

pleasee help.

you should contact host , ask him turn safemode off domain
