Plugin window pops up with Acrobat start?
hi,
i trying find out why third party plugin, acrobat window displaying list box, opens when customer opens acrobat. normal behavior windows opens in specific context:
1- acrobat hosted in ie
2- user click on button in toolbar part of third party plugin
3- variable data window (part of plugin) acrobat window appears.
i took initiative @ logs process monitor (systernals) customers machine , machine hosting same acrobat 8.0.0 same plugin installed (same version well), , not troubleshoot issue since not know for.
any in figuring out causes acrobat plugin window appear when acrobat starts, or how stop doing that, appreciated.

do have way me contact you? have name of xerox developer can contact can log such developer issues directly adobe you.
quite frankly, without being able see plug-in code or have access plug-in test ourselves, there number of reasons why plug-in displaying window on load.
