Composite output of selected plates only?

this stupid question but...

does know of way output selected plates composite print? want drop spot color final output.

alternatively, know of way acrobat output fiery x3ety such "combine separations" function works?

do mean want exclude pantone - or when use word
'drop' mean else?

if exclude use ink manager - if mean include within
devicecmyk space use convert colors option

if mean else, let know ;-)
