Convert Excel into Password Protected PDF Files

i believe adobe forums administrators thought guys right people approach.

others invited comment on topic.

i have c# desktop app generates excel files , our goal convert these excel files 1 @ time password protected pdf files. use 3rd party software currently, challenging myself saying can use adobe acrobat 9.0 sdk achieve required .

i have downloaded acrobat 9.0 sdk , have adobe professional 8.0(trail) in development machine. can firstly tell me if possible , secondly required on client machines run it?
