Arduino Micro Mystery Device

i got myself micro month ago.  installed on windows 7 computer, wrote couple of sketches , put down few weeks.

today went plug in , upload sketch when noticed there rfcomm bluetooth device (that don't recall ever installing) claiming of com ports.  uninstalled it.  have no com ports, have no ports section @ in device manager.  ports section isn't hidden.  it's not there.  i've uninstalled , reinstalled ide 1.0.6, i've tried uninstalling , plugging arduino in see if prompt me drivers.  never reacts when plug usb, arduino still works it's still running last sketch uploaded it.

i'm baffled this.  i've never seen windows without com ports , out of ideas do.

upon further examination, appears usb cable attempted use culprit.  serves power devices , not make connection computer.

please disregard post.

arduino bug sur secteur, batterie, mais pas en usb?

bonjour, je travaille sur un premier projet de barrière infrarouge pour photographier les oiseaux, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8xzqd9iefgy&feature=youtu.be quand je suis alimenter en usb tout va bien, mais lorsque je passe par une alimentation extérieur (9v 12v secteur 12v) plus rien ne marche, la led clignote, les relais basculent n'importe comment. il me semble que se sont les capteurs qui bugs...(pas assez de courant?) 2 capteur ir = 2x100ma 2 relais = 2x40ma 1 diode, 1 push buttom la carte elle même... on est environ à 400ma. je ne comprends pas pourquoi ça coince!   le régulateur de la carte est prévu pour alimenter la carte et quelques petits accessoires pas trop gourments en courant. si on lui en demande trop il chauffe et la tension délivrée s'effondre. l'usb est, elle, prévue pour délivrer jusqu'à 500 ma. avec tous les ma consommés il faut une alim 5v supplémentaire. alim 5v +/- 5%, avec le 0v relié à celui de la carte...
