Adobe SVN email format change

all,

we making change way subject line read in emails received adobe open source subversion commits. hope new format avoid further confusion, alarm  , in cases screw-ups.  change
should aid in making email rules easier define.  new subject line prefixed follows:

 

[ svn:product abbreviation-branch name ] revision number: subject line

 

product abbreviations:

blazeds – bz

flex – fx

 

subject line example:

for commit flex in trunk:  [svn:fx-trunk] 9999: fixed stuff

 

if have email rules setup “[svn]” in subject, apologize having recreate email rules, think change make managing svn mail better in future.

 

this change taking place immediately.
