Identifying unknown 3.5" TFT screen with 18 bit controller

hi,
about year ago bought cheap 400 x 240 3.5inch tft screen.  no idea controller, seems have 18bit support.  can identify screen (and controller) , importantly, has had success getting tor work?  have directly wired mega2560, no luck date getting work utft library.  blank screen backlighting.  have used db0 db15 data. no idea other 2.
all appreciated - beginner.
tried searching forum without luck, may not have known apologies if has been answered before.

arduino bug sur secteur, batterie, mais pas en usb?

bonjour, je travaille sur un premier projet de barrière infrarouge pour photographier les oiseaux, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8xzqd9iefgy&feature=youtu.be quand je suis alimenter en usb tout va bien, mais lorsque je passe par une alimentation extérieur (9v 12v secteur 12v) plus rien ne marche, la led clignote, les relais basculent n'importe comment. il me semble que se sont les capteurs qui bugs...(pas assez de courant?) 2 capteur ir = 2x100ma 2 relais = 2x40ma 1 diode, 1 push buttom la carte elle même... on est environ à 400ma. je ne comprends pas pourquoi ça coince!   le régulateur de la carte est prévu pour alimenter la carte et quelques petits accessoires pas trop gourments en courant. si on lui en demande trop il chauffe et la tension délivrée s'effondre. l'usb est, elle, prévue pour délivrer jusqu'à 500 ma. avec tous les ma consommés il faut une alim 5v supplémentaire. alim 5v +/- 5%, avec le 0v relié à celui de la carte...
