How to Perform Arming an ESC

i design electric skateboard using arduino need control dc brushles 3 phase motor through wireless bluetooth controller

esc brushless motor accepts pulse width control (google precise values). if begin send 0 throttle pulse , turn on, should arm within second , make short beep motor. if there no 0 throttle pulse won't start, if it'll half or full throttle pulse before turn on it'll setup mode.
edit: there should tutorials on topic exact wiring etc.

bonjour, je travaille sur un premier projet de barrière infrarouge pour photographier les oiseaux, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8xzqd9iefgy&feature=youtu.be quand je suis alimenter en usb tout va bien, mais lorsque je passe par une alimentation extérieur (9v 12v secteur 12v) plus rien ne marche, la led clignote, les relais basculent n'importe comment. il me semble que se sont les capteurs qui bugs...(pas assez de courant?) 2 capteur ir = 2x100ma 2 relais = 2x40ma 1 diode, 1 push buttom la carte elle même... on est environ à 400ma. je ne comprends pas pourquoi ça coince!   le régulateur de la carte est prévu pour alimenter la carte et quelques petits accessoires pas trop gourments en courant. si on lui en demande trop il chauffe et la tension délivrée s'effondre. l'usb est, elle, prévue pour délivrer jusqu'à 500 ma. avec tous les ma consommés il faut une alim 5v supplémentaire. alim 5v +/- 5%, avec le 0v relié à celui de la carte...
