Precise rotation of pdf document

when receive pdf of text document not vertically true (perhaps fed scanner @ slight angle)is there way true up? adobe acrobat 9 pro extended rotate tool allows adjustment in 90 degree increments. how rotate in 1 degree increments?

if mac user copy of graphicconverter. can read pdf , has rotation tool either type in increments, or has handy feature line click @ beginning point them move ending point. click again , straighten based on line.

as far know, acrobat doesn't have way rotate in precise increments.

i'm sure there other products well, gc mine of choice.
