Assemblys from Pro/Engineer

i have assembly 2 assembles. when try convert assembly pdf have primitives without parts in 2 assembles. put parts in 1 folder. when try use "capture 3d model" , hit print screen key nothing happened (i try refresh , rotate assembly).

could please describe step step how reproduce problem?
did try import proe file directly acrobat 3d instead of "capture"
