How to get dom object from acrobat pdf

i following the document "pdf accessibility api reference" , following section "reading pdf files thru dom interface". there mentions including
acrobataccess.h, acrobataccess_i.c , ipddom.h. please let me know can find these files. also, how can dom object start with. if have sample code share, great. tried googling these not successful in getting info.

any towards appreciated.

to access dom interface, need contact adobe developer support. pddom apis available on case-by-case basis purposes of screen readers.

can explain planning use them for?

arduino bug sur secteur, batterie, mais pas en usb?

bonjour, je travaille sur un premier projet de barrière infrarouge pour photographier les oiseaux, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8xzqd9iefgy&feature=youtu.be quand je suis alimenter en usb tout va bien, mais lorsque je passe par une alimentation extérieur (9v 12v secteur 12v) plus rien ne marche, la led clignote, les relais basculent n'importe comment. il me semble que se sont les capteurs qui bugs...(pas assez de courant?) 2 capteur ir = 2x100ma 2 relais = 2x40ma 1 diode, 1 push buttom la carte elle même... on est environ à 400ma. je ne comprends pas pourquoi ça coince!   le régulateur de la carte est prévu pour alimenter la carte et quelques petits accessoires pas trop gourments en courant. si on lui en demande trop il chauffe et la tension délivrée s'effondre. l'usb est, elle, prévue pour délivrer jusqu'à 500 ma. avec tous les ma consommés il faut une alim 5v supplémentaire. alim 5v +/- 5%, avec le 0v relié à celui de la carte...
