i work software company , looking run new device or work on new device has been in our project board time.

so looking , after research online arduino name popped , decided have , information on

we looking have device can detect when there has been power outage can send signal machine in turn tell other machines on network shut down.

we have idea on can , doing 2nd half of project looking actual device connecting actual wall power serial output connecting machine.

i had on products page , there various boards there here ask if there board here makes possible us? , board want looking @ work accomplish our goal?

any advice or suggestions appreciated

would clean shut down equipment running on ups?

what means propose notify equipment shut down?

how long after mains fail have before shutdown necessary? need instant shutdown in turning mains power off or delay see if glitch rather power loss.
