Form Behavior - Mac - CS4 Acrobat Pro

download pdf above, , has strange behavior. let me note did second form (not same) , functions perfectly. add/edited forms, tools/typing/allow reader typing (or that). typewriter tool, , button in acrobat, will.

here's behavior problem:
i cannot type in spaces provide. can type outside text , drag appropriate box. not happen other form made (different text).what's missing?

note: made pdf pages/print/save pdf. thanks.

that bit strange. there reason not want use regular form fields?
