Support Center needs ionCube-error? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hello, i've got strange thing going on:
firstly, support center disappeared main menu after backup our provider.but files , d-base still there.
and in front end still use support center.
now after server crash our provider support center gives following error:

site error: file /home/httpd/vhosts/promasys-software.com/httpdocs/components/com_supportcenter/supportcenter.php requires ioncube php loader ioncube_loader_lin_4.3.so installed site administrator.

does has solution this, except changing provider?
