new flag allow component maintain centered perspective transform, plus other minor transform cleanup.

setting layout matrix or matrix3d resets transform x/y/z 0.

setting component's x/y/z or calling move or setactualsize no longer blows away non-standard transforms (i.e., shear).

uicomponents can maintain centered perspective transform.
