fix bug http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/flexdocs-533 gumbo button lacks documentation , http://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/sdk-16487 gumbo button control has write-only enabled property , read-only isenabled property

update documentation, add onclick protected method , remove click event handler toggle button, rename fxbutton state properties , make them protected.
